Full Time Administrative Assistant (Calgary, Canada)

We’re currently looking to hire a full-time Administrative / Executive Assistant to support the company and its growing portfolio. General industries of interest include real estate, franchising, and professional services. We currently operate across Canada and the United States with further growth plans for other areas of the world (which is why we’re looking for some help!)

The benefits of the role include:

  • Awesome Working Environment. One of our core values is fun, which means often times our “work” includes travel, events, networking, and learning. In general the working hours will average between 40-50 hours per week.
  • Great Office in Downtown Calgary. We will provide you with adequate computer hardware, online access, and appropriate telephone equipment to be successful in the role. In addition we offer some of the best skyline views.

You will be supported by the Senior Management of the company, many of whom are designated professionals (Chartered Accountant, Doctor, etc) with extensive experience in real estate investing and private equity.   • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop
    and improve the business
  • Understand the learning and development needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others
    about them
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities to help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with new clients and identify new prospects within the area you have
    been assigned
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and
    exploring opportunities.
